Damages, Defects & Wrong Items (Free Exchange)
We inspect all products before dispatch. However, if your item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the incorrect item, we will gladly replace it for you free of charge.
Conditions for Free Exchange:

You must contact us within [e.g., 48 hours / 3 days] of receiving your package.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of damage or wrong item (such as clear photos or unboxing video) and your receipt/order confirmation are required.
To request an exchange for a defective or wrong item, please contact us at abuhurrarachaudhry@gmail.com. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional shipping cost.
Exchanges for Other Reasons
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or selecting the wrong size/color after delivery. Exchanges are strictly limited to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
